Stefanos Ntouskos
Biography
Stefanos Ntouskos is a Greek rower who competes in the men's single sculls. At the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games he won the single sculls title, taking Greece's first Olympic gold medal in rowing and setting an Olympic record of 6:40.45. He added the single sculls world title at the 2025 World Rowing Championships in Shanghai, the first world title for Greece in the men's single sculls.
Ntouskos was born in 1997 in Ioannina, Greece. He won a silver medal in the single sculls at the European Rowing Championships in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Earlier in his career he raced at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games in the lightweight coxless four, and he collected several medals at World Rowing U23 Championships, including silver in the lightweight men's double in 2016 and silver in the single sculls in 2019.
Across the single sculls, his record includes Olympic gold from Tokyo 2020, the 2025 world title and four European silver medals. Ntouskos also won gold in the double sculls at the 2018 Mediterranean Games in Tarragona.
