Dovydas Nemeravicius
Biography
Dovydas Nemeravicius, born in 1996, is a Lithuanian rower who competes in men's single sculls and in crew sculling boats for Lithuania (LTU). He won gold in the quadruple sculls at the 2017 World Rowing Championships in Sarasota and took quadruple sculls medals at the European Rowing Championships across several seasons, including European gold in 2017.
His record began with a silver medal in the junior men's double sculls at the 2014 World Rowing Junior Championships in Hamburg. He won European silver in the quadruple sculls in 2015, 2016 and 2018, and added European bronze in the quadruple sculls in 2020 and in the double sculls in 2022. He represented Lithuania in the quadruple sculls at the 2016 Olympic Games.
He later moved into the men's single sculls. At the 2023 World Rowing Championships in Belgrade he secured a Lithuanian single sculls quota place for the 2024 Olympic Games, where he raced in the men's single sculls.
